Msi Motherboard Error Codes D7

Hello i have mb msi z77a gd65 with intel 2500k. it worked fine, but i was on vacation for one week and after my return, it dont want to boot.. Make note of the two digit q-codes (if your motherboard supports a led poster that is - if not look on your notebook using rog connect. please use the delete key on the numeric keyboard, but most likely you will need to use f1 when prompted due to the clear cmos.. Hi guys, i know this is a bit of an old thread but i need help and this looks like the best way i will be able to solve the issue. when i boot up my pc it gets stuck on the 99 code screen for a good 10-15secs and then boots up to the desktop after showing 9c and a2 but there are a few settings that are missing. eg my rgb keyboard lighting config doesnt load and various other start up programs.

With only the cpu and heat sink, memory, and video card (or onboard video) connected to the motherboard, place the motherboard on a non-conductive surface and retest the motherboard • check the case mounting standoffs to verify that they are lining up correctly with the mounting holes on the motherboard.. When i turn on my pc i get a debug code that say:d7, and i found out that the code meant no console input devices are found what does this mean? it always stays on the msi screen where it says f12 for bios, and ask if i want to do something with my bio, or continue. can somebody please help?. Do you know what this means. is something broken or did i put a part in wrong. please help me! i dont know if i should continue with the build or what..
